TDG was founded by Carson Liesenfelt, a licensed civil engineer with six years of experience supporting private development across multiple asset classes. Throughout his engineering career, he worked closely with developers, municipalities, and consultants to plan, design, and deliver projects from early feasibility through construction.

After earning his professional engineering license, he made a deliberate transition to the development side of the business, bringing with him a technical understanding of entitlement, infrastructure design, and construction coordination. This background informs a practical, execution-focused approach to land development—one grounded in feasibility, regulatory awareness, and long-term performance.
